Responsibilities & Context
- Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Deputy Manager (Civil Engineering)”.
- The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies for civil project and recommend new projects and extensions for on-going projects
- Monitor and supervise civil projects to ensure required standards are maintained within agreed timescales and agreed budget level
- Maintain regular contact with all stakeholders involved in civil projects to ensure effective coordination
- Carry out required site visits and inspections to determine the civil engineering aspects of planned works.
- Prepare reports on civil projects to ensure that decisions are based on the best possible information and take account of all resource implications, time & budgetary constraints.
- Recommend new systems that will enhance the effectiveness of the civil engineering functions
